Hello there. I’m Alex, a UX/UI designer based in the UK.

I design intuitive digital products that balance user needs with business goals. Over the past few years I've worked across fintech, sports, media, and e-commerce, helping organisations including ITV, BBC, the NHL, and OpenMoney create engaging, user-centred experiences.

My experience spans the full product design process - from discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems, and developer handoff. I enjoy simplifying complex problems, validating ideas through research and testing, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver products that make a real impact.

I've worked in both agency and in-house environments, with a diverse range of clients and industries. This has kept every project unique, and has pushed me to adapt quickly, and continually broaden my perspective as a designer.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new AI-powered design workflows, broadening my skillset, and producing designs for my Etsy shop. Away from the screen you'll usually find me swimming, climbing, playing guitar, or seeking inspiration through architecture, exhibitions, and travel.
